Last time, I posted about my Banila Co. haul. I was so excited because it was their first branch here in Manila and also because Song Ji Hyo was their endorser. (Running Man Fan~) After buying the Primer powder, although I'm contented with it, it's too pricey for me - especially since it only lasts for a couple of months. The dreaded silver tin is showing already! Dang.
Anyway, this post is for their range of black masks (charcoal masks), specifically Black Bean.
My skin was feeling dry and dull last week despite having an oily skin-type, it also felt and looked awful so I decided to try one of the many mask I have yet to use and this Black Bean Mask, which is their moisturizing mask, stood out from among my choices.
I placed the mask in the ref for a few minutes because I love the feel of the cool mask on my face.
Upon opening, the first thing I noticed that it was not dripping of essence like the ones I used before. It was a bit on the thick side but is really smooth. I also like how it easily fits without having to worry that it will slide. There's no sting from fumes which I have encountered from other masks before. All in all, I love it while it was on my face and even after I have removed it. It didn't leave my skin feeling too heavy from the remaining essence, just the right amount in my opinion.
Excuse the wrong placement - one of my eyebrow is peaking |
Great thing to note as well was that I didn't get any breakouts and my skin really felt smooth and moisturized. So, yes. I won't be buying the Primer anytime soon but this is definitely one of my "to buy again" skin products.
Can't wait to try the other variants!
